Jeff Kirkpatrick moved to Orange County in 1972 after serving a tour of duty as a helicopter pilot in Vietnam. After graduating from Cal State Long Beach, he became Director of Recreation for a private community where he met his wife of 30 years. They moved to Costa Mesa in 1978 after purchasing the home they still own. They have two grown children, Trace and Daniel, both of whom work for the family business.
Jeff entered the Mortgage Industry in 1976 as a Loan Officer with California Mortgage Service. He started his own mortgage company in 1981 and is the author of three Mortgage Training Manuals covering Conventional, VA and FHA financing, all of which were approved by the California Department of Real Estate for Continuing Education Credits through the 1980's. Using the books and Power Point Presentations he developed, he began training Loan Officers in 1985 and has continued ever since. His training style is clear and easy to understand enabling his students to have the tools needed in order to be successful mortgage and finance professionals.
During the past five years, Jeff and his son Trace have owned and operated a National Processing Center for several national mortgage companies. Their clients were Insurance Representatives and Financial Advisors. While running their Processing Center they trained several hundred new agents.
Today Jeff manages a Branch Office of Interactive Financial Corporation, a National Mortgage Company currently approved in over 30 states across the United States. They are now positioned to expand their company to Real Estate Agents and provide the absolute best service using the exciting new concepts developed in the past five years.
